Shipping FAQ

1. How much is the shipping charge?

2. How many days will be required after the purchase from the auction,?
It is depends on the destination. For example, shipment takes between 10 to 14 days for Australia and NewZealand, 3 days to Russia, 4 to 5 weeks to Europe.
Shipments are usually twice a month for Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and other countries are monthly basis.

3. I' d like to insure my shipment in transit.
If you inform us, we will arrange the shipment with insurance.

4. How can I see the prices in my currency?

1. Can I see the market price list before paying deposit?
Yes! Please feel free to ask us. If you inform about the type of cars and model of which you would like to know, we will send the list(more than 100cars) of past bidding results by e-mail.

2. Can I see the photo of the car with the market price list?
Yes! However, please inquire us the exhibit number and the name of the car individually.

3. My country can drive only left-handed vehicle. Can you find?
Yes! There are many left-handed cars at auction. Vehicles are such as Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Audi and many others. The price of imported vehicle are very reasonable and attractive at the auction. More than 40% of our customers purchesed the imported vehicles.

Note) Some Japanese brands(Lexus, Acura, US Honda etc.) are left-handle, but most of Japanese car is defficult to  find the Left-handle.

4. What should I do if I decide to purchase through the Auction?
Please decide your bidding prices, then fill out the enquiry form.
After we receive your enquiry form, then we will e-mail back to you with the agreement form. Once you agree the contents of agreement, please fax it back to us with your sign. Also, please send the deposit in to our account.
You will be able to participate bidding after we confirm your deposit.

5. Is it possible to purchase in the cheapest market price?
To make a successful bid, it is better for you to bid in higher than the average market price. Therefore, do not try to use the cheapest price. It will be waste of your time.
For example, if your bidding budget was JPY200000 and other bidder's made to JPY147000 (3000 yen increases per bid), you made a successful bid for JPY150000 as well as saved yourself for JPY50000.

6. Incase if I make a bid for Yen200000, do I have to take the car at Yen200000?
Not necessarily. If we win the bid at Yen 150000, you pay only Yen 150000 + Costs.

7. Is it possible to see the details of vehicles (at auction) a little earlier?
The information of each car is listed into computers on the day before of the auction. Most of the auction list will be completed at around 9:00 to 10:00 p.m.

8. Can I come to Japan and see the cars at the auction?
Yes! You are very welcome to attend with us. We will invite you for lunch as well!
