Terms of sail and purchase
The following terms of sale apply to all of bizmotors online sales.
Payment Methods
Cash (Bank), Credit card, Certified Check or Dealer Approved Financing. All funds must be in Japanese Yen only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final purchase order. Mail(bizenjoy@gmail.com) us for more information.
Deposit
We require a deposit before bidding and purchasing the vehicle. It is refundable when bidding is not success. 90,000yen(for first time user) prepayment is needed to be transfer to our bank account. If you are the regular user, we require only 50,000yen.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. ※Please note that delay of payment will result being sent back to the auction seller and a loss in your deposit.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Foreign countries buyers are responsible for all country taxes and fees, as well as registration fees that the vehicle will be registered.
Report from the auction(dealer's auto & Yahoo Japan motors) and used car shop
We will find a vehicle with the specs you are looking for. Also, you can search for it yourself on auctions online. We will give you an ID and Password to access our list after we receive the deposit. If you want to be informed about vehicle you are looking for without checking online, we will report you when they are shown.
If you require, we will send you a photo of the car and translated details. Please let us know the exhibit number and the model name of the car by e-mail.
Buyer's Process of the purchase
In case of bidding auction(deler's auto & Yahoo motors), we only bid the price of what you given. Please let us know if you don't mind us going over a little. It is quite common that you can win the bidding by adding up between 5000yen to 15000yen.
Payment procedure
We will send an invoice to you by e-mail or fax. All of our client pay the amount immediately, but note that delay of payment will result in the car being sent back to the auctions and a loss in your deposit.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
We can arrange any type of shipping for you. Most of our customer uses as follows:
Shipping F.O.B: F.O.B(Free on Board) include transport charge to the port and handling charge for export shipping.
Shipping C&F: C&F(Cost&Freight) is included handling charge for export shipping and freight charge to the port. Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping. However, if you inform us we will arrange the insurance for you.
We will send Bill of Lading(surrendr B/L) and invoice by fax or e-mail when we confirm the payment.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as seller's conditions or auction inspector's description is".
